  • What is the right way to burn my candle?
Burning your candle, the right way is so important for a good functioning candle experience. Do not blow out your candle before it has reached a full melt pool (the entire top layer of wax must be melted) or it will begin to tunnel. When your candle has reached a full melt pool, around the minimum 2 hours generally , then you can extinguish the flame. Never burn more than 4 hours.
  • Do I have to trim my candle's wick?
Yes please! In order to maximize your candle’s burning time, please trim your wick to about 0.5cm before burning your candle.
  • Why does my candle have a bumpy top after burning it?
This too is very common for soy wax and indicates that the candle is made of natural wax. Due to the nature of soy wax, it tends to solidify unevenly, it will not affect your candle’s burn.
  • Why is my candle sweating?
Sweating is when your candle has drops of oil on the surface. Sweating is perfectly normal when candles are made of soy wax. It will not affect your candle’s burn at all. If it bothers you, you can simply wipe it off with a tissue. You can also try to prevent sweating by leaving your candle in a room that is considered room temperature and not expose it to sunlight.
  • Enjoy your room spray safely.
Shake well before use. Store in a cool dry place. Spray into the center of the room and avoid delicate surfaces. DO not spray onto a flame or anything flammable. Avoid contact with eyes and face. Do not drink. Keep well out of the reach of children and pets.

It will, from time to time, require re-treating the surface in order to maintain its character.
